Interactive Children's Story Creator,,,,Digital

We Make StoriesWe Make Stories an interactive story-telling tool for children, & follow up to Penguin’s award-winning We Tell Stories project of
2009. Developed as a property of Puffin, Penguin’s children’s brand, the brief was to develop a suite of web-based tools to encourage
children and adults to create and share their own stories online.

<img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms1.jpg" width="670" height="410" width_o="980" height_o="600" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms1_o.jpg" data-mid="2686114" border="0" align="left"/>

I commissioned original illustration as a core part of the creative development of the site, helping create a distinctive visual theme
which runs throughout and in all applications. Our team developed a range of shared illustrative features and tools which are used
by of the applications, providing an integrated brand experience across a wide range of functionality. Individual applications include a comic book creator, an audio book generator, a treasure map creator and a remix tool which
invites kids to re-write famous stories. The technical platform also included an online payment tool and social media functionality,
encouraging readers to publish and share their stories online.
<img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms2.jpg" width="670" height="410" width_o="980" height_o="600" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms2_o.jpg" data-mid="2686116" border="0" align="left"/><img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms3.jpg" width="670" height="410" width_o="980" height_o="600" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/579880/wms3_o.jpg" data-mid="2686118" border="0" align="left"/>

The site launched to critical acclaim from parents, children and the media, who particularly praised the look and feel of
the illustrations.

"The site has a lovely vector look and feel and the illustrations are fun, colourful and varied."
Digital Choice, Marketing Magazine.

"I am constantly playing with technology and stories - this site brings the two together in a blissfully easy to use and engrossing
interface. Who doesn't want to make their own comic or pop-up book?"
Jason Bradbury, The Gadget Show.

"A really beautiful new website designed to turn children and young people into story makers... The visuals are stunning." Parentdish.co.uk

Alongside UX & Ai teams i designed this interactive 3d booking system. We integrated a rich visual front-end allowing users
to easily navigate the venue. We gave the user the ability to view which seats were available or booked alongside actual
photographic views, activated by rolling over.

MoviedexFilm4's critics chose 500 films to take you on an inspiring journey through film. Moviedex in association with BMW presents
those 500 films in an easy-to-explore animated index so that you can browse and save the films that you want to see and
recommend movies from the collection to your friends.

The Moviedex collection runs from the earliest silent movies all the way up to this summer's blockbusters. Each movie has a
Film4 critic as an advocate, so even if it sounds obscure, you know it's a great film worth discovering.

The Moviedex includes numerous facts about BMW's rich involvement with the history of cinema, from their making of the famous
The Hire series of short films with top international film directors to the starring roles and cameos of BMW cars in movies.

PKR.comPKR appointed Zone to manage the specification, design and build of PKR.com, with the ambition to create the biggest
& most authoritative source of poker content on the web.

<img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/578771/pkr1.jpg" width="670" height="410" width_o="980" height_o="600" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/0/3669/578771/pkr1_o.jpg" data-mid="2685712" border="0" align="left"/>

Working closely with the team at PKR, we developed a strategy and IA for a content-rich website with a wealth of community
features, providing users with strong incentives to continue playing with PKR in a promiscuous market largely driven by
short-term promotions.

The game client integration allows website content to be personalized according to the in-game activity of each individual player.
Community features allow users to track the activity of their PKR friends via an individual news-feed, which includes information
about tournaments and winnings, as well as status updates, in-site messaging , forum posts and comments posted against
individual articles.

The site is updated constantly with articles on poker strategy from some of the world’s most respected poker writers, alongside
interviews with PKR players, blogs from behind-the-scenes and daily reports from major events such as the 2009 World Series
of Poker in Las Vegas.

New Look TVNew Look TV is the winner of the 2010, Revolution Awards for Retail.

The campaign aids the high street retailer to engage with their target audience of fashion-mad teenage girls and young women.
The show, which is distributed via a branded YouTube channel and promoted exclusively via social media, combines footage shot
by our production team in New Look stores all over the country with user generated content uploaded to YouTube.

Each show is hosted by a guest presenter selected from audition clips uploaded by real New Look customers. The show also features
New Look staff, both at the retailer's London HQ and in stores all over the UK. At the heart of the show is the insight that the
New Look shares the same passion for fashion as the target audience.

New Look TV invites customers to participate in the show - we treat them as equals, not viewers, users or page impressions.
Content is uploaded to the YouTube channel on a daily basis, and every Friday a new episode of the show is released.

At time of writing, New Look TV is YouTube's seventh most-susbcribed sponsor channel of all-time, with nearly 1,000 subscribers.
An integral part of New Look's social media strategy. Our production team work closely alongside the team at New Look to
distribute content via Facebook, Twitter and New Look's network of fashion bloggers.
